X-ray systems
The SREHEX is the latest general purpose real time X Ray system manufactured by Bosello and available in the UK from Euroteck. The system is equipped with a 160KV X Ray source as standard and will accommodate parts with maximum dimensions of 400 x 600mm and weighing up to 25KG. The machine has a very small foot print for the size of parts to be tested and measures just 1,800 x 1,300 x 2,180mm, including the area required for the control console. The SREHEX has 6 independent axes excluding the motorised shutter on the X Ray tube. With the CNC control option the SREHEX can be supplied with the FARIS automatic defect recognition software. The SREHEX uses " Intelligent" motors with absolute encoders. This means there is no requiremnt for " Axis homing" and there is no seperate electrical control cabinet; the motor drives are in the motor. Because the control console is an integral part of the X Ray cabinet, installation and commissioning is very quick, usually hours rather than days, with no cable runs or ducting required. Both systems come with high-resolution cameras and integrated image processing software as standard. These design innovations have significantly reduced build times and allow Bosello to deliver a machine quicker and at a very competitive price.

Pipes as small as 6 inches can be inspected. Portable equipment is more liable to suffer damage due to the way in which it is used. For this reason Euroteck ensure that they have the capability to offer same day repair in most cases. Euroteck is an approved systems integrator for Gulmay, Bosello and InnospeXion. Fluoroscopic cabinets, exposure rooms and dark room equipment are also supplied.
