Real Time Systems

Euroteck is the UK Distributor for Bosello of Italy; a World leader in the design and manufacture of Real Time X Ray systems. Bosello recently released to market two general purpose Real Time X Ray machines, the SRE HEX, a small foot print machine capable of inspecting parts with dimensions of 400mm x 600mm and weighing up to 25KG; and a larger machine, the SRE MAX capable of inspecting parts with dimensions of 800mm x 1500mm and weighing up to 80Kg.

Both machines have 6 axis of movement and come with CNC motion control and the new IPEXTREME image capture and analysis software. Bosello also offer systems with full Automatic Defect Recognition (ADR) using there FARIS software. Conventional Image Intensifier detectors as well as flat panel systems from Varian and Perkin Elmer are integrated into the standard acquisition software. Constant Potential X-ray

Euroteck is an approved systems integrator for Gulmay and offers a complete range of high stability, high frequency equipment from 100kv to 450kv. These UK Manufactured Constant Potential systems have an enviable reputation for reliability and performance with the added advantage of UK manufacture and the possibility for high voltage repairs in the field. The latest MP1 controller has advanced data logging software to log error codesand help with rapid fault diagnosis and repair. Complete control from a remote computer is also a feature of Gulmay systems.Euroteck combine these CP X-ray generators with the most appropriate X Ray tube for the specific end user. X Ray tubes are sourced from Comet, Varian and Thales.

Portable X-ray Systems

Euroteck Systems are exclusive UK agents for ICM and offer a complete range of portable equipments from 160KV to 360KV in both directional and panoramic versions.

ICM equipments have an enviable reputation for both performance and reliability. All of these systems can be run from a generator or from batteries as well as conventional mains supplies.

The ICM equipments are the lightest units currently available on the market.

The modern SCU286 controller has many advanced features and is available with “Time Computing Software”. Enter the film type you are using, the material type and thickness, the film density required, and the SCU286 will compute the required KV mA and exposure time for you.
