DURR Release DRL80-640 NDT Line Scan Camera

DURR DRL 80-640 X-Ray Line Scan Camera Systems 

DURR introduce a range of Line Scan cameras ranging from 80mm in length to 640mm in length. All camera use CMOS detection technology and provide a scanning resolution of 83μm.

The camera will work with energy levels between 20KV and 450KV and have scanning speeds between 80mm/sec and 1.3m/sec.

12 bit digitisation allows 4096 grey levels and like all detectors from DURR the DRL80-640 runs on the standard D-TECT software platform.

The cameras will normally be supplied with customer motion control hardware and software to suite individual customer requirements.

A novel feature available with this technology is the ability to create 3D image by using dual line scan cameras. This may help to make defects easier to quantify and sentence.

Special sizes of camera can be produced for demanding applications.
